Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 90-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us.

To qualify, the item must be undamaged, in unused condition, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received. If it’s not, we won’t be able to comply with your request.

1. CANCEL POLICY

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you cancel your order within 12 hours, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

2. RETURN POLICY

We offer a 90-day return policy for unused items returned in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags,  and in its original packaging. We do not issue refunds for items that have been damaged through normal use or misuse. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you return an item not approved by our team without a valid reason or is outside the 90-day window, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

3. EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please indicate your preference when requesting a return. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

4. INELIGIBLE REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE

The following items are NOT eligible for refund, exchange or return:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address)
  • You change your mind after purchasing
  • We have already sent a replacement item
  • Wrong Size or product dimension (please check fit guides before purchase to know your size)
  • Items that were modified, customised, and/or altered according to your specifications
  • Custom orders
  • Purchases made during any promotion or discount are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
  • Items damaged or altered while in your care (wear and tear)
  • Worn or used, no tags,  without original packaging, or items damaged through normal use or misuse.
  • No receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items passed their return date.

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons or specific product restrictions. These items will be marked as non-returnable on the product page.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. We consider an item damaged if it has a defect or if the product is physically broken. Damaged packaging that occurred during shipping, such as dented boxes, etc., with a product in good condition is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, please email us with photos of the damaged or defective product. 

We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the item for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

6. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email us within 90 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for the return to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our team must approve all returns before shipping the product back to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Once you receive your RMA number, carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We do not reimburse shipping costs.

If the original packaging is unavailable, pack your item securely using a replacement box and proper packaging to protect it. The return address will vary based on the product but will be included on the return label. Please include your order number and shipping name in your return package to help us process your return quickly.

Please email us if more than 30 business days have passed since we approved your return.

7. REFUND POLICY

*By sending a message on the Contact Us page, You can submit refund requests within 90 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days).

Upon receipt of your return, we may take up to 10 business days to inspect your item/s. After we confirm that all returned items are in good condition, please allow up to 30 business days from the date we confirm your refund to process. If you do not receive your refund after we have confirmed it has been processed and successfully refunded, please contact your financial institution.

All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars ($/USD), the same as the original purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for any fees associated with foreign currency transactions or exchange rates.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances.

8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

9. SHIPPING COST

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you qualify for a free replacement item, a $15 shipping fee applies as our free shipping offer only applies to your original order.

10. RETURN ADDRESS

We work with suppliers and have warehouses worldwide, which means each product may need to be returned to a different location. 

If you want to return your order, please contact us via support email. We’ll help you figure out where to send it back.

11. INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT ORDERS

There’s no need to worry if you purchase multiple items and your package arrives with missing or incomplete items. For faster shipping, some of your Items may arrive in multiple packages. Don’t be alarmed if you don’t receive all items in one large package at once.

Due to our global customer base, we must construct multiple warehouses to provide them with the best service possible. Depending on inventory and stock, we may ship products separately. In this case, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails containing the tracking number for each package.

Example: If item 1 and item 2 are available and near your location, we will send them to you in 1 package. If item 1 is available near your location but item 2 is in a warehouse far from you, item 1 will arrive before item 2. We don’t like to keep our dear customers waiting, so we will send each item as soon as it is processed.

If it has been more than 45 days since you placed your order and you have not received all the products you purchased, please contact us with your order number and the details of the missing or incomplete items. We will cover the shipping costs for any missing or incomplete items. If we cannot provide a replacement, we will issue a refund for the missing or incomplete items.

12. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We understand that it can be frustrating to experience lost or stolen packages during shipping. However, it is out of our control once we hand the package to our courier partners. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend that you contact the courier company directly to file a claim. Most courier companies have a claims process for lost or stolen packages and may require additional information from you to complete the process. We will also contact the courier company on your behalf to follow up on the claim and provide updates.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process that fall outside our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving the issue. But if you want to add insurance to your order, you can choose Insured First Class Shipping in the Checkout section, or you can select Shipping Protection in your shopping cart if you would like to add insurance to your order. With Insured First Class Shipping and Shipping Protection, we will send you a FREE replacement package if your package is lost, stolen, or broken.

In some cases, your order can take longer to arrive. Although this is due to shipping conditions, we do not directly control it. Please contact us if your order is not delivered within 45 days after shipping.

In some cases, the courier company may be able to locate the package and deliver it to you. However, if the package is not found, we recommend that you file a police report.

13. FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect against fraudulent activity, we verify all billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the information on file with the payment processor. We also monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and may request additional information from the customer to verify the transaction. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer immediately.
